Sunnex's New Staff Training

In order to help new employees quickly integrate into the company's culture and enhance their professionalism, Sunnex conducted a new employee training and indoor development activity from August 16 to 17, 2024

On the first day, senior lecturers trained the newcomers on company culture, process flow and daily office system. In the afternoon the new employees went into the factory to understand how Sunnex products are made. In the evening, new employees who performed well were rewarded.

On the 17th new employees went to visit the Wu Bingliang Huanghuali Art Museum. The beautiful wooden art attracted everyone. In the afternoon, all the new employees played a game to enhance team cohesion and collaboration.
